Dr. William Heidary
Dr. Will is the owner/operator of Back on Track Chiropractic and Wellness Centre.
William graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in Saint Louis, Missouri and has been practicing for 15 years in
the Burlington Area.
Dr. Heidary's personal mission is to educate his community on the benefits of preventative health care and alternative
therapies.
Dr. Lynne Shewchuk
Dr. Lynne graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1986. Over the years
she has studied many techniques, including Thompson Terminal Point, Diversified and Activator.
Currently, she is mastering CBP (Chiropractic Biophysics) - a specific postural spinal corrective
method. It is her mission that everyone fulfills 100% of their God-given potential for health.
Dr. Jay Rappazzo
Dr. Jay was born and raised in Burlington, Ontario. He graduated in 2007 from CMCC in Toronto, Ontario.
He utilizes acupuncture and deep tissue therapy to compliment his chiropractic treatments. His practice includes
manual adjustive techniques, sports and spinal rehab and various soft tissue techniques. He also focuses on
exercise, diet and nutrition as key components to a healthy lifestyle.
Claire Gavin-Ross RMT
Claire has been practicing as a R.M.T. for 12 years. She graduated from Darcy Lane in
London, Ontario. Claire also works as a clinical supervisor at the Canadian Therapeutic College
here in Burlington. Along with practicing and teaching massage, Claire is also a peer assessor
for the College of Massage Therapy.
Tara DiMeo RMT
Tara graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington Ontario in 2003 and has been
practicing massage in the area since. She is trained and experienced in Swedish , Pre-Natal
Massage and relaxation massage. Tara also focuses on specific treatments such as sports injury
and injuries stemming from motor vehicle accidents.
Michelle Villeneuve RHN, RNCP
Michelle is a registered health practitioner, who
provides lifestyle therapy education including nutritional direction and
support to help her clients improve general health, prevent disease, improve
existing health conditions, achieve weight goals, reduce stress, maximize
