Physiotherapy: Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention, Injury Treatment, and Physical Wellness

Physiotherapy is a natural choice to relieve the pain you may have been suffering as the result of a sports injury, hereditary ailment, an accident, or even stress-related pain. Our physiotherapist are highly qualified in dealing with even the most serious injuries and are committed to your well being. Through an initial assessment, they will understand what you are dealing with and why you feel the pain that you do. As they consider your medical history, they will come up with a treatment plan that will assist you the most in getting back to physical wellness.

At Back On Track Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, we implement a variety of natural methods to aid our clients in rehabilitation. Key areas of treatment include achilles tendonitis, knee injuries, shoulder injuries, sports injury, post surgical treatment, lower back pain, headaches, sciatica, whiplash, concussion treatment, muscle strains, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, and osteoarthritis.

Leg Injury

"I found Back on Track by chance and thank goodness. With a rotator cuff tear and bulge in my neck, the pain was chronic. Dr. Will put me on a plan that included physio, decompression and shock therapy, for example. I wasn't able to lift my left arm or turn my head. I'm thrilled to say that I can now do both. In my eyes, Dr. Will is a miracle worker.

I have been to several similar clinics in Oakville and Mississauga and am pleased to have found this awesome team. The Reception staff are the friendliest, genuinely caring, organized welcome I've ever experienced. They manage to keep things working like a well oiled machine, and have a smile and kind word for everyone. Pain is a horrible thing and they make it better starting at the front door.

Last week, I also enjoyed the massage service offered onsite with Ian. Ian was terrific and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to relax, destress or have him address some sore spots.

Great place. Thank you All."
