Helen, J.
"My doctor recommended surgery but after speaking with friends who had horror stories about their back surgery I decided to try Dr. Heidary’s treatment. I was very happy with my decision and I’m back to my old self."
Tim, S.
"Before I started my program I could barely get out of bed, putting my socks on was virtually impossible and my wife had to help me get dressed. After just one week of treatment, I was able to bend and move without the excruciating pain."
Walter, H.
"Before I started treatment I could not raise my head off my pillow, I had to use my hand to help lift it and my arms were numb and felt dead. Now it’s so nice to wake up without any neck pain."

What Does Spinal Decompression Feel Like?
Spinal Decompression is a painless treatment. Most patients in need of spinal decompression remarks are similar to, "now THATS what I've needed." If you've ever had a bulging or herniated disc, facet syndrome, or chronic back pain, then relieving pressure in the spine through spinal decompression treatment is likely treatment that you have been looking for.
Your SPINETRACK
Spinal Decompression Program
It is important to keep in mind that Spinetrack is an individualized treatment program and therefore not all therapies may be required for your care. Thorough orthopedic and neurological exams are essential in the creation of your Spinetrack program.
This is a summary of the different treatment options available; they may be included in your Spinetrack program, depending on your condition.
Spinal Decompression Therapy
Spinal decompression is a process whereby forces are applied to the spine in a manner that maximizes spinal elongation. This relieves pressure on nerves and intervertebral discs. Additionally, the reduction in pressure can help draw in herniated disc fluids, reducing the size of herniation.
Ultrasound Therapy
Ultrasound therapy is a treatment modality used by therapists to treat pain conditions, and to promote tissue healing. Ultrasound may be used to treat your associated muscle spasms, to assist you in mobility and healing during your program.
Lumbar Support Belt
Lumbar belts are devices designed to provide support to the lumbar region.Lumbar support belts may be worn to help provide back pain relief or to help prevent back pain from developing.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Depending on the condition being treated with Spinetrack, chiropractic adjustments may be an important part of the treatment to correct damaged joints.
Active Release Techniques / Physical Therapy
This is a state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
Physiotherapy – Strengthening and Stretching
Our physiotherapist will design a program of stretches and will work with you on specifically strengthening areas that will aide you in recovering from your back and/or neck pain.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture promotes healing and improves body function by inserting ultra thin needles in very specific points on the body. To treat acute and chronic conditions, acupuncture can be included in your Spinetrack program, when necessary.
IFC/ TENS Therapy
Interferential current therapy is a treatment to aid the relief of pain and the promotion of soft-tissue healing. Tiny electrical impulses are induced into the tissues in the area of the pain. Electrical therapy is often used to assist in treating your pain as your body heals.
